The breakfast had a lot of nice food and drinks. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was comfy. The location was good there, close to the malls.

The venue has relaxing rooms with single bed, the iron and amiable and accommodating staff. The location is favourable and strategic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sutera Mall. Great place for shopping, would recommend.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was particularly good and strategic so close to the Skudai and Danga Bay & Jalan Dhoby and Sutera Mall. All the staff members were affable and excellent. Liked the location almost on par with the bigger named hotels in the area.

It is fairly clean, ideal hotel and the staff is amiable and excellent. The building is new and the rooms are big size with single bed as well as the iron. A good and strategic location, we would love to come back here some time.

Ideal place with very helpful staff, everything was good. The room we were upgraded to was new-fashioned and included a safe box, TV and a writing desk. Location: the hotel was just off sutera mall & paradigm mall, Danga Bay & Jalan Dhoby and a quiet area. Furthermore, close to the malls.

The room was neat, tidy, and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproof. Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel was conveniently located near the highway.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Johor Bahru. The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were very polite. Appreciated the room for single bed, my bed was extremely comfy. The team provided an excellent service. The facilities were brand-new too: D

The hotel's location is perfect for travellers with access to transport, just within walking distance of two malls. The family room was spacious and accommodated 4 people with ease. We enjoyed the mamak shop right in front of the hotel and the clean toilet facilities. We were pleased with the range of leisure facilities and services, especially the excellent room service.

The lobby was lacking in cleanliness and could have been better maintained.

The location was great, just a short drive from the business district and other key spots in the city. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The noise from the nightclub next door was incredibly disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, finding parking at night was a real challenge.

I spent Easter at a certain hotel and was pleased that the staff was welcoming and check-in was quick. The room was modern and clean, and I appreciated the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to a 24-hour eatery and a few cafes/bistros. On top of that, it was just a brief drive from a bustling mall.

I was disappointed that the room lacked a working fridge and that housekeeping was quite delayed. Despite placing the "Please Make Up My Room" sign outside, I returned to an untidy room on the third day of my stay.
